Trial Launch

The newly designed allinnia.com was uploaded last night. I finished the PHP and MySQL connections last night and uploaded it to give it a test trial. So far I have caught a few cross browser problems which involve the spry on the listener page. In IE7 the rating areas are displaying text upside down – while in Firefox all is well. I have to say that this has been the easiest and most compatible css layout I have designed in respect to being generally the same across multiple browsers. I will see what I can do to fix this minor glitch as the week progresses. The site is still far from finished. I still have quite a bit of coding to do on the WordPress, Joomla, and sphider search engine side of things. The site is valid XHTML as well excluding the flash items on each page. I will also take care of this during the upcoming month.

As usual, please email or contact me with any problems with the site you might catch on that I haven’t. Keep listening!

EDIT: There seems to be some real issues on IE6, as usual, on the listener page. Not only is the rating area text upside down and overlapping the input selection list, but there is a massive error in the way the right DIV is displaying. It is being pushed very far down the page, as usual, and looks quite disconcerting. I am not even going to address this issue ATM. My advice to you would be get Firefox or IE7, because IE6 is notorious for being a pain in the ass.
