WAVES or UAD?

I have been seriously reflecting on some of the excellent market audio processing plug’s and options out there. I think focusing on the two big names would be an excellent start in opening up the floor to discussions on why one might be more preferable over the other and why. What do you think?

Well, 50% vs. 50% doesn’t help too much.
Even though 548 views = 14 comments, it would seem UAD is far outweighing Waves. With the release of their new cards, it might even be a much bigger defeat. Especially with Waves cutting prices to push product.
