- M-Audio Good audio interfaces, but the monitors not so good. Look elsewhere for monitors.
- MOTU Mark of the Unicorn makes and distributes a good selection of audio interfaces and software.
- Celemony Melodyne is one of the best audio pitch shifting tools on the market - if I dare say, the best.
- Universal Audio Pure quality plugs and hardware, the price is a little steep though.
- Waves A lot of people trust Waves' excellent lineup of plugs, and when you break it down they are actually quite cheap.
- East West and Quantum Leap Famous sound libraries that cover all kinds of genres and styles.
- Yellow Tools Great line up of realistic sample libraries.
- Sonalksis From what I've heard these audio processors run with the best of them.

Love this company, and would recommend starting here when doing product research and pricing.
- Musician's Friend No friend of mine but some people have reported good things. Not very good customer service.
- Sample Logic Rising star in the instrument world, offering very unique and easy to use patches for Kontakt player.
- Stillwell Audio I actually use some of these plugs with excellent results. Just goes to show that the little guy does have something to offer.
- Sine Vibes Neat assortment of patches for varioius platforms (software and hardware).
- Bela D Media Great vocal samples.
- Digital Sound Factory Think soundfonts - if you use them, check this place out.
- Guitar Center Great prices and an excellent selection.
